Butterscotch Panache Recipe
1 Regular Jar of Crunchy Peanut Butter
6 Tablespoons of Softened Butter
3 Cups of Powdered Sugar
3 12oz. Packages of Butterscotch Chips
Mix first three ingredients together and roll into marble size balls.
Put on wax paper on a cookie sheet and refrigerate overnight.
Melt butterscotch chips in the microwave. For best results, heat
one minute at a time and stir. When butterscotch is all melted
it should be creamy.
Dip peanut butter balls in the butterscotch and coat.
Put back on wax paper and refrigerate until butterscotch hardens.
