Dust off your cowboy hat and boots, and come to Sonoma!
The heritage of Sonoma County is its cattle ranches, many of which have been converted to cabernet vineyards. You will have a chance to view and participate in this legacy when we take you to one of the most beautiful private ranches and cabernet vineyards in the Sonoma Valley.
Event Includes:

Dinner party featuring Phantom of The Opera
Andrew Lloyd Webber’s, Phantom of The Opera
This event is held at a private winery within proximity of your hotel. Upon arrival, your guests will be served a glass of sparkling wine in addition to passed hors d’oeuvres on a terrace overlooking the vineyards. The soft, yet haunting strains of the music of Andrew Lloyd Webber, will provide background to the fabulous wines and spectacular view.
A gourmet three-course dinner will be served to you and your guests. When dessert is served, the lights will go down and a familiar and wonderful refrain will begin. The Phantom of The Opera performance is a spotlight, and will include experienced Broadway performers, sets, stage lighting and sound production team to create a New York theatre experience.

An Elegant, Wine Country Dinner
 The wine country of California is now just as famous for fresh, gourmet food products as award-winning wines. This evening will be your opportunity to taste and enjoy the best that the wine country has to offer. Our short and scenic 45-minute drive from San Francisco will bring us to the famed Gloria Ferrer Champagne Cellars, nestled on a hill over-looking the Caneros vineyards. A winery representative will meet us and give us a private and informative tour of this world-renowned champagne facility. Following our tour, there will be time to enjoy the views with a flute of champagne from Gloria Ferrer's terracotta terraces. The highlight of your evening will be a fire-lit, gourmet, three-course dinner featuring the local, farm-fresh foods, and award-winning wines of Sonoma County.
