"An Evening in Italy" 
Viansa Winery sits on a hilltop surrounded by olive trees and replicates an Italian Tuscan winery and marketplace. The gardens are Tuscan-inspired and handpainted frescoes decorates the walls. Your day will close sharing close-call race stories with your companions as hosts Vickie and Sam Sebastiani welcome you to Viansa with exceptional food and wines.

Hot Air Balloon Races
For your company "High Achievers". The wine country is famous for spectacular scenery and what better way to enjoy it than from a hot air balloon. Your group will be transported in the morning to our launch site where (if they wish) they can assist ininflating the colorful balloon canopies. They will then enjoy the thrill of a multi-balloon liftoff and the fun of racing downwind to a pre-determined finish line. Winners and "losers " alike will then imbibe in the obligatory bottle of champagne upon landing, followed by a gourmet breakfast.
The "Call of the Wild" Living History Tour with "Jack London"
Visit with America's most beloved author as "Jack London" escorts you through his famed Black Beauty Ranch. Reminisce about the details of his tragic love affair with his wife, and the following devastation of the Wolf House.
Great Gatsby Croquet Shoot 
Straw hats and white scarves are handedout as the group is transported by antique cars from their hotel to a world famous croquet facility. Upon arrival, the Club Pro will provide instruction, while a scrumptious gourmet buffet is laid-out under the trees.

"How to Build a Chardonnay", "The Effects of Aging on Red Wines" and "Sensory Food and Wine Pairings" are examples of the fun educational programs developed for gourmet groups. Please let us develop a special program for your organization.
"The Racing Competition"
Rev-up for a full day at the Russell Racing School. Participants will suit-up, split into three groups and will alternate throughout the morning between classroom instruction with professional racers, and high-powered instruction in sleek, powerful sportcars or Formula racecars on the skid pad and brake/lane change courses. This highly-charged event is perfect for team building or as a reward for a special effort.
"The Down-Wind Sailing Cup"
If you thought the America's Cup was the creme-de-la-creme of sailboat racing, you may be wrong. The Down-Wind Sailing Cup has fast surpassed this world class event! Sailors will don yellow slickers and prepare to tackle the brisk northwesterly San Francisco bay breeze. Racers will speed by Angel Island, the Golden Gate Bridge and finish at Pier 39. Boats and mariners will tack past on full keel, triple stayed, Bristol 27 sloops, noted for their speed and stability. Victors and losers alike will savor the high post-racing spirits at the "Down-Wind Sailing Cup" award luncheon at the stunning Waterfront Restaurant. The trophy will be presented to the winning sailboat team amidst the traditional champagne shower.
